Our dental assisting staff is certified by New York State. This state certification is awarded only after a candidate successfully completes a lengthy educational process followed by professional competency testing. Our certified dental assistants work very closely with Dr. Albert to obtain pertinent diagnostic information to achieve periodontal health. They are very knowledgeable in periodontal care and are willing to share their expertise with all of our patients.
Our administrative staff controls scheduling, insurance, financial arrangements, correspondence and other business related duties. They continue to improve their skills through courses in business, customer service and insurance. We make every reasonable effort to minimize the financial hurdles and insurance questions that face our patients.
